The draft order "On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 20, 2015 No. 109 "On approval of the Rules for storage and sale (shipment, acceptance) of ethyl alcohol"" is posted for public discussion on the Internet portal "Open NPAs" (https://legalacts.egov.kz/arm/admin/viewcard?id=14343810 ) with a period until December 29, 2022.

During the revision (analysis) of these Rules for compliance with the conditions for the formation of regulatory instruments and (or) requirements that are mandatory for business entities, in some paragraphs of the Rules, an excessive requirement for business is established.

In order to comply with excessive business requirements, the Rules for the Storage and Sale (shipment, acceptance) of ethyl alcohol are amended accordingly.
