The draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan amends the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 29, 2021 No. 262 "On approval of the Rules and Conditions for the application of exemption from Value added tax on imports of goods for which the deadline for payment of indirect taxes has been changed and the requirements have been fulfilled".

The change is being made in connection with the alignment with the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2022 No. 623, regarding the exclusion of norms on electronic identifiers (navigation seals).
