The Order of the Acting Deputy Prime Minister - Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Approval of the List and Rules for the Application of Technical Means of Control of Specific Goods» (here in after – the Order) was developed in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Control of Specific Goods».

The Order provides for the approval of the list of technical means of control of specific goods, as well as the rules for the use of technical means of control of specific goods in the exercise of control over the movement of specific goods across the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Control of Specific Goods», the state revenue bodies exercise control over the movement of specific goods across the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
