In order to control the use of cash registers (hereinafter – CR) entrepreneurs and consumer protection, The State Revenue Committee is holding an action "Civil control - demand a check" to identify the facts of non-issuance of fiscal checks of CR and refusal to accept payments using payment cards.

Anyone can take part in the action "Civil control - demand a check" (hereinafter referred to as the action).

The violations identified above can be reported through the free mobile application "WIPON CASHBACK" by downloading it from the App Store or Play Market.

In this case, the confirmation of the fact of violation is carried out by means of its video or photo fixation.

The State Revenue Committee calls for an active citizenship in the obligatory use of cash registers by business entities and the issuance of a check to each buyer, participating in the action, thereby contributing to the support of the state and the protection of consumer rights.
