The adoption of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014 regarding the determination of the procedure for collecting indirect taxes in the provision of services in electronic form" will facilitate the introduction of a supranational mechanism in terms of simplified tax registration and payment of VAT on electronic services at the place of consumption of the service.
