The draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 14, 2016 № 306 «On Approval of the Regulations on the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan»» (hereinafter – the draft order) was developed in accordance with subparagraph 106) of paragraph 1 of Article 1 of the Social the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and subparagraph 3-1) of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Public Services».

The purpose of the Draft Order is to bring in accordance with subparagraph 3-1) of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Public Services», taking into account the amendments made to it by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the promotion of innovation, digitalization, information security and education» dated July 14, 2022 the year according to which the words «standard of public service» are excluded, as well as the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the provision of public services» dated November 25, 2019, the requirements for the development of regulations for public services are excluded and subparagraph 106) of paragraph 1 of Article 1 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the term «disabled person» is replaced by «persons with disabilities».
