The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 17, 2023 No. 33 "On approval of the Rules and deadline for the implementation of a pilot project on the application of a different procedure for tax administration of persons providing services using the Internet-platforms" in connection with bringing into compliance with the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (entered into force on July 1 of this year). In addition, this draft order introduces changes in terms of extending the validity of the pilot project until December 31, 2024, designed to simplify the fulfillment of obligations on taxes and social payments by persons providing services using the Internet platform.
