The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 20, 2020 №39 «On approval of tax Reporting forms and rules for their preparation» in order to provide tax reporting from January 1, 2024 reflecting obligations in accordance with Article 251 of the Social Code for the calculation and payment of mandatory pension contributions from the employer.
