Beispekov Umirzak Kubegenovich was appointed as a Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Today Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erulan Zhamaubayev introduced Beispekov Umirzak to collective as a Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the RK, who was appointed by the Order of Minister of Finance Alikhan Smailov.

Beispekov Umirzak Kubegenovich, born in 1963, Kazakh, has a higher education: graduated from the Higher Karaganda School Committee of National Security of the Republic of Kazakhstan with specialization in “Jurisprudence”.

He worked in internal affairs agencies of Karaganda region from August 1984 to December 1994.

He worked in customs authority from 1994.

He held the senior positions on customs post “Kairak”, “Maikapchagai”, “Dostyk”, and also was the Head of Custom Control Department of Almaty, Pavlodar regions. In May 2010 was appointed as a Deputy Chairman of Custom Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 From 17 February 2014 held the position of Counsellor at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Belarus. From 4 October 2018 held the position of Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department of Akmola region.

From 6 May 2019 is a Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
