Sarsembayev Tulegen Kapsalikovich was appointed as an Acting Head of the State Revenue Department of Almaty region

Yesterday, on 14 May 2019, Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerulan Zhamaubayev introduced Sarsembayev Tulegen Kapsalikovich to collective of the State Revenue Department of Almaty region.

Sarsembayev Tulegen Kapsalikovich, born in 1968, Kazakh, has a higher education: graduated from the Almaty Institute of National Economy, the State International University named after KH.A.Yassavi.

He began his career in financial institutions since 1993. He worked in the State Financial Control Committee Administration of Almaty and Almaty region, in the tax committees of Turksib and Bostandyk districts of the city of Almaty. He worked as a Head of tax departments of Kyzylorda, Zhambyl, East Kazakhstan and Pavlodar regions. From 2017 to 2018 was a Deputy Akim of South Kazakhstan region, from 2018 to 2019 was a Deputy Akim of Turkestan region.  

By the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 14, 2019 Sarsembayev Tulegen was appointed as an Acting Head of the State Revenue Department of Almaty region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
