  Distance seminar was held on theme «Risk management system in customs authorities»

In the period from 15 to 17 of May 2019 by the Educational and methodical center of the SRC MF RK was held distance seminar by the videoconference on theme «Risk management system in customs authorities».

The purpose of the event is the improvement of the competence of employees of state revenue authorities in the field of informing about a unified system of implementation, improvement and risk management, in accordance with international standards, also focus on areas with a high level of risk, ensure efficient use of resources for the accelerated and simplified movement of goods across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The moderator - lecturer of the event was the Deputy Head of the Educational and Methodical Center of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Biyekenov Serik Kenesovich.

Employees of territorial divisions of state revenue authorities participated in the seminar.

The chief specialist of the initial training department of the Training and Methodical Center of SRC MF RK Abdukhalimov Bolat Imangalievich was a lecturer of the seminar.

Participants are familiarized with the main objectives of the risk management system, objects of risk analysis, the activities of the authorized bodies in the field of customs regulation on risk assessment and management, world standards and international experience in harmonizing and simplifying customs procedures, principles, forms and elements, implementation measures and expected results when introducing the RMS, categorizing the participants of foreign economic activity, the risk management system in the ASTANA-1 IS, risk profiling and their actualization, and the prospect of developing the risk management system.

The event was successful, as part of the planned program.

According to the results of the seminar, certificates on successful professional development will be sent to the participants.
