AN ENTREPRENEUR IN ALMATY REGION TRIED TO SELL CIGARETTES PRODUCED IN KYRGYZSTAN WITHOUT EXCISE STAMPS

        Staff of the State Revenue Office of Sarkand district of the State Revenue Department of Almaty region on August 28, 2019 during the raid events was identified a fact of illegal turnover of excisable products in one of the shops, Sarkand, namely, cigarettes of brand "FAST" - 55 packs, brand "PRESTIGE" - 70 packs, brand "MOND" - 26 packs produced in the Kyrgyz Republic without excise stamps, total 151 packs.

            These facts constitute a violation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state regulation of production and turnover of tobacco products" of 12 June 2003 №439-II. For committing an offence subject to administrative liability under part 2 of article 283 of the code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offences, with the confiscation of excisable goods, which are the direct object of the offence.

The materials of the present administrative case is directed to Sarkand district court for consideration and decision.
