ILLEGAL ALCOHOL WAS SOLD IN THE SHOPPING CENTER OF TALDYKORGAN

In order to prevent and identify the facts of illegal storage and trafficking of alcoholic beverages by employees of the SRD in Almaty region and the SRO in Taldykorgan jointly carried out thematic inspections in the city.

So during the thematic inspection in one of the trading houses in a warehouse revealed the implementation of the alcohol (alcohol) products of undetermined origin in the total number of 118 units totaling 233 500 tenge, including: 90 five-liter containers of alcohol-containing product, 0.5 liters - 22 pieces and 1 liter – 6 pieces, and seized tobacco products without excise stamps in the amount of 3360 pieces in the amount of 840 000 tenge.

The State Revenue Department of the city decides the issue of bringing the perpetrators to justice in accordance with the current legislation and the materials on this fact are transferred to the Taldykorgan specialized inter-district administrative court for the adoption of the appropriate procedural decision.
