From 1 January  2019, the rate of duty-free importation of goods for personal use will be 500 euros and 25 kilograms.

New standards are applied while importing accompanied goods and unaccompanied baggage of goods for personal use by road, rail, sea transport, including through the ICBC «Khorgos».

In case of exceeding the established norms, customs paymentshould be according to the rate of 30% of the cost, but not less than 4 euros per kilogram of weight in terms of exceeding the value and / or weight norms.
