13.5 TONS OF DIESEL FUEL WITHOUT ACCOMPANYING INVOICES WAS TRANSPORTED BY THE DRIVER IN ALMATY REGION

During joint actions by employees of SRO on Karasay area and employees of SRC and DEI of the Almaty region for the purpose of suppression of illegal transportation and turnover of oil products, raid actions in the territory of Karasay area were carried out.

According to the results of the thematic inspection in Koksay village of Karasay area, an autotransport vehicle of ZIL brand with a trailer carrying diesel fuel without accompanying invoices in the amount of 13.5 tons for a total amount of 1 266 300 tenge was installed.

Currently, the issue of bringing the perpetrators to justice in accordance with the administrative legislation is being resolved, a Protocol on an administrative offense has been drawn up and the materials have been transferred to the Karasay specialized inter-district administrative court.
