400 liters of illegal alcohol imported to Kazakhstan from Russia

During the export control at the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the automobile checkpoint "Zhana Zhol", the employees of the Export control office of the SRD of the North Kazakhstan region revealed the fact of importation of alcoholic products on the Volvo car to the territory of the North Kazakhstan region from the Russian Federation in the amount of 400 liters packaged in plastic cans of 4 liters in violation of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state regulation of turnover and production of alcoholic products".

The State revenue office of Mamlyut district within the framework of thematic inspection drew up a Protocol on administrative offense under the paragraph 3 of article 282 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On administrative offenses". The seized alcoholic products were placed in storage warehouses until the court decision.

In General, during the implementation of export control for 10 months of 2019 on the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the ccar checkpoints "Zhana Zhol", "Kyzylzhar", "Bidaiyk", "Karakoga", the employees of the Export control office of the State revenue department of the North Kazakhstan region suppressed the facts of export of prohibited goods:

- on scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals 52 facts in the amount of 390.7 tons;

- on waste paper 1 fact in the amount of 19,9 thousand tons;

- for cattle skins 1 fact in the amount of 21.0 thousand tons;

- for oil products 10 facts in the amount of 3.7 thousand liters.

In addition, the Export control office is working on understating the declared prices for the value of imported goods from the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union by participants of foreign economic activity. As of November 1, 2019, as a result of the conversations, adjustments were made and additional reports were submitted by 14 taxpayers in the amount of 6.6 million tenge.

For late payment of indirect taxes, administrative measures were applied and collected to the budget in the amount of 15.0 million tenge.
