CITIZENS OF KAZAKHSTAN TRIED TO TAKE OUT OF THE COUNTRY MORE THAN 10 MILLION TENGE OF UNDECLARED FUNDS

On September 24, 2019 on ICBC "Khorgos" of Almaty region SRD employees of the customs post ICBC Khorgos during the implementation of the customs control together with the staff of military unit №2088 BS NSC RK, two citizens of Kazakhstan were detained while departing from the Republic of Kazakhstan to the PRC with undeclared in the prescribed form cash in the amount of 5 000 000 tenge 5 531 000 tenge.

At present, the perpetrators are brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with Part 3 of Article 551 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Administrative Offenses”.
