The draft Decree of the Government of the Republic of the Kazakhstan «On approval of the list of place for exercising control over the movement of specific goods across the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (here in after – the Draft Decree) was developed in accordance with subparagraphs 4) of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Control of Specific Goods».

     The Draft Decree provides for the approval of the list of place for exercising control over the movement of specific goods across the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

State revenue bodies, being a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the system of control of specific goods, exercise control over the movement of specific goods across the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This competence is regulated by paragraphs 2 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Control of Specific Goods».
