The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 14, 2018  № 183 «On approval of the Rules for providing second–tier banks and Organizations Engaged in Certain Types of Banking Operations with information about taxpayers, including individuals Registered as an individual entrepreneur or a person, engaged in private practice».

               The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order for banks to fulfill the obligations provided for in accordance with Article 24 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget» (Tax Code), provides banks with Information about registered taxpayers.

               Order № 183 dated February 14, 2018 «On Approval of the Rules for Providing Second-tier Banks and Organizations Engaged in Certain Types of Banking Operations with Information on Registered Taxpayers, brought into line with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 17, 2022  № 1017 «On Renaming the City of Nur–Sultan - the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan», as well as in connection with the change of the electronic mailing address of the authorized body.
