
The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports on the introduction of a system of balanced indicators (KPIs) of automobile checkpoints at the customs border of the EAEU.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) are numerical performance indicators that help measure the degree of achievement of goals or the optimality of the process, namely: effectiveness and efficiency.
In this case, the key performance indicator is the average time spent on customs operations at automobile checkpoints at the customs border of the EAEU.
The reduction of the average time of customs operations at checkpoints is achieved through modernization, i.e. the creation of multi-lane checkpoints, the expansion of the territory of checkpoints, the construction of cargo and passenger terminals, temporary storage warehouses and places for inspection, the installation of modern technical means of customs control integrated into a single complex.
According to the results of the second half of 2021, automobile checkpoints on the external border of the EAEU have the following balanced indicators:
