The order № 143 of February 7, 2023 of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On approval of the biological risk management methodology» (here in after – the Order) was developed in accordance with subparagraph 5 of paragraph 2 of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On biological safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

     The Order provides for the approval of the Biological risk management methodology when exercising control over the movement across the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan of pathogenic biological agents included in the list of products subject to the export control.

     The State revenue authorities are conducting external evaluation biological risks in the framework of control in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan « On Control of Specific Goods ».
