Draft order on amendments to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2018 No. 376 “On approval of the Rules for the submission by the authorized body for control over the use and protection of land to the state revenue authorities of information on land plots intended for the construction of facilities and not used in the relevant purposes or used in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as for agricultural land plots not used in accordance with the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” determines the procedure for the submission by the authorized body for control over the use and protection of land to the state revenue authorities of information on land plots intended for the construction of facilities and not used for appropriate purposes or used in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as for agricultural land plots not used in accordance with the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
