The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On invalidation of the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2014 №587 "On approval of tax reporting forms and rules for their preparation" in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts".

The purpose of the project is to invalidate the order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On invalidation of the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2014 №587 "On approval of tax reporting forms and rules for their preparation" due to the expiration of the limitation period of tax reporting forms according to Article 48 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget" (Tax Code).
