The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2018 No. 145 «On approval of forms of orders» (hereinafter – the Draft).

The project was developed to implement paragraph 3 of Article 256 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with the recognition of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Pension provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan» and «On compulsory social insurance» as invalid.
