The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 30, 2015 № 60 «On approval of qualification requirements and a list of documents confirming compliance with them for activities in the fields of ethyl alcohol production, production of alcoholic beverages, storage and wholesale of alcoholic beverages, with the exception of activities related to the storage and wholesale sale of alcoholic beverages on the territory of its production, as well as the storage and retail sale of alcoholic beverages, with the exception of activities for the storage and retail sale of alcoholic beverages on the territory of its production» in order to implement the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the introduction of a new regulatory policy in the field of entrepreneurial activity, work was carried out jointly with NCE Atameken. Within the framework of state regulation, the requirement regarding the provision of the possibility of joint storage of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products in warehouses has been considered from a «clean slate».
