The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order «On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated february 27, 2015 № 136 «On approval of the form and rules for keeping a log of the movement of oil products at gas stations and oil product depots» (hereinafter referred to as the – Project).

The purpose of the adoption of this Project is to amend the rules for keeping records of the movement of petroleum products at gas stations and petroleum product depots, which provides for the replacement of the term accompanying invoices for petroleum products with accompanying invoices for goods.

The implementation of the Project will not require the allocation of financial resources from the republican budget.

The adoption of the Project will not entail negative socio-economic and / or legal consequences.
