The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 7, 2018 № 1060 «On some issues of horizontal monitoring»» in order to bring the by-laws into compliance with the standards Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan» On Legal Acts, taking into account the amendments made

And also, in order to bring into compliance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 17, 2022 № 1017 «On the renaming of the city of Nur-Sultan - the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the city of Astana - the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

Implementation of the Project will not require the allocation of funds from the republican budget.

The adoption of the Draft Order will not entail negative socio-economic and (or) legal consequences.
