The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan developed a draft order of the Minister of Finance- Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 20, 2020 № 39 "On Approval of Tax Reporting Forms and Rules of their Compilation" in connection with amendments and additions to the current tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This draft order amends tax reporting forms 101.04 for 2023 and Rules for tax reporting.
