The State Revenue Committee recalls the need to reprogram cash registers with the function of fixing and (or) transmitting data (CMC) to the protocol version 2.0.2 by December 31, 2022. This was reported in the Press Service of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     In connection with the above, ALL individuals and legal entities using CMCs with the function of fixing and (or) transmitting data, models of which are included in the state register of CMCs, must complete the reprogramming of all registered CMCs by December 31, 2022.

    ATTENTION: from January 1, 2023, other Protocols other than 2.0.2 will no longer be supported by Fiscal Data Operators (OFD).

     Earlier, due to the appeals of taxpayers, the deadline for reprogramming cash registers with the function of fixing and (or) transmitting data was extended from September 15 to December 31, 2022.
