Changes have been made to the following forms of tax applications:

- a taxpayer's (tax agent's) tax statement on revocation of tax reporting, an opportunity has been provided to revoke tax reporting to tax payers for whom registration has been invalidated on the basis of a court decision that has entered into force;

- a tax application for the offset and (or) refund of taxes, payments to the budget, customs duties, penalties, interest and fines, the tax application form has been simplified.

The innovations came into force on December 2, 2023.

Amendments were made by Order № 1217 of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 22, 2023 to the current Order №160 dated February 12, 2018 "On Approval of Tax Application Forms".
