Reminder on timing of tax reporting submission

We remind that the following tax reporting must be submitted no later than April 1, 2019:

1) Corporate Income Tax Declaration using the form 100.00, 110.00, 150.00 for 2018;

2) Personal Income Tax Declaration using the form 220.00, 240.00 for 2018;

3) Personal Income Tax and Property Tax Declaration using the form 230.00 for 2018;

4) Vehicle Tax, Land Tax and Property Tax Declaration using the form 700.00 for 2018;

5) register of lease agreements (use) using the form 871.00 for 2018;

6) Declaration for taxpayers applying a special tax regime using a fixed deduction using the form 912.00 for 2018;

7) Declaration for Unified Land Tax payers using the form 920.00 for 2018;

8) the calculation of the Corporate Income Tax withheld at the source of payment from the income of a non-resident using the form.101.04 for the 4th quarter of 2018.

Given that the last day of the term, i.e. March 31, 2019, falls on a non-working day, then the deadline for tax reporting submission expires at the end of the next working day, i.e. April 1, 2019.

A declaration in an electronic form can be submitted via the “Taxpayer’s Cabinet” Web application (hereinafter - TPC) at http://cabinet.salyk.kz or using the IS TRPS client application for taxpayers, which is implemented as an alternative method of submitting tax reporting forms in an electronic form.

When there is no access to the Internet, you can use taxpayer terminals, which are available at each territorial state revenue administration, where computers are provided to send a declaration.

It is recommended to submit tax reporting in advance, since in the last days of the tax reporting submission, there is a peak load on information systems, which greatly complicates the process of submitting a declaration by users.
