    For the convenience of citizens, today 15 state services in the tax and customs spheres are available in the mobile applications "eGov mobile" and "eGov Business". In addition, a number of public services and electronic services are available in the mobile applications of the SRC "e-Salyq Azamat" and "e-Salyq Business". This was reported in the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    Today, the population speaks positively about the possibility of receiving public services in an online format.

   Of the 39 public services converted to electronic format, the following 15 are available in the mobile applications "eGov mobile" and "eGov Business": checking the status of an individual entrepreneur, viewing tax reports and paying taxes, notification of the beginning of activities as an individual entrepreneur, notification of the beginning and termination of activities as a taxpayer carrying out certain types of activities and others.

    Moreover, as part of the second stage of universal declaration, which in 2023 includes employees of state institutions and quasi-public sector entities and their spouses, eGov mobile has implemented a service for submitting a declaration in the form of 250.00.

     At the same time, special mobile applications "e-Salyq Azamat" are in place to simplify the fulfillment of taxpayers' tax obligations" and "e-Salyq Business", in which 11 services and 2 public services operate.

     For the convenience of entrepreneurs, the provision of TNF in the form of 910.00 is implemented in the mobile applications "Homebank" and "Kaspi.kz ", as well as services such as registration of an individual entrepreneur, changing the details of an individual entrepreneur, tax debts, transport and property tax, payments for an individual entrepreneur, etc.

     Among other things, the services "Issuance of statements from the personal account on the status of settlements with the budget, as well as on social payments" and "Submission of information on the absence (presence) of debt, accounting for which is maintained in the state revenue authorities", as well as some services are displayed in Smart Bridge and on the Committee portal kgd.gov.kz .

      In total, state revenue agencies provide 43 public services to individuals and legal entities, including 26 tax services and 17 customs services. To date, 39 (or 91%) of 43 public services have been converted to electronic format.
