The timing of the passage of 1 vehicle on the APP "Karasu" (20-22 minutes spent) and "Aktilek-avtodorozhny" (13-15 minutes) was confirmed by both sides: the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic.

Recall that the accumulation of vehicles is associated with the beginning of the season of fruit and vegetable products, the resumption of trade with China and the suspension of 5 automobile checkpoints in connection with COVID-19.

On June 3, 2020, a working meeting of representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic was held at the automobile checkpoints "Karasu" and automobile checkpoints "Aktilek-avtodorozhny".

The timing showed that when passing two adjacent checkpoints, scanning documents for the tax control of the Republic of Kazakhstan takes 3 minutes, which is confirmed by the timekeeping Protocol signed on both sides (attached).

At the same time, when carrying out the timing on the automobile checkpoints "Aktilek-avtodorozhny", Kyrgyz doctors took tests from drivers on COVID-19, but released them without receiving test results. While according to the drivers, they were forced to wait for the results before the timing, which in turn took 30-40 minutes. Their words are also confirmed by the Deputy Minister of economy of the Kyrgyz Republic Eldar Alisherov.

In addition, drivers in Kyrgyzstan are dissatisfied with the actions of a group of people, so-called "pushers", who provide services for passing without a queue in the oncoming lane on the Kyrgyz side. The Kyrgyz side has not provided any comments on this fact.
