In order to assist the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in improving operational and management processes, the OSCE Program Office in Astana, at the official request of the Training- Methodical Center of the SRC MF RK, assisted in organizing and conducting a training seminar on office management, mobilography and end-to-end analytics for employees of the State Revenue Committee from 19-23 of December, 2022.

During this training event, there was a need for employees of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as employees of territorial divisions of state revenue bodies, and it is aimed at identifying gaps in competencies related to data processing and presentation that do not allow them to fully perform their official duties. In addition, this training event was aimed at significantly improving the level of their qualifications in the field of documentation, document management, storage and use of documents in the state language. According to the results of the training event, the difference in the qualification levels of the Committee's employees was leveled among the employees, and the skills they learned will allow them to significantly increase the efficiency of their functional duties.

Also, the participants of the training seminar in the future should transfer the acquired knowledge and skills on the ground to improve the level of qualification of employees.

The training seminar was attended by 43 employees of the central office of the State Revenue Committee (Department of Control, Digitalization and Press Service) and various departments of territorial divisions of state revenue bodies.

The lecturer of the training seminar in the direction of office work in the state language was a teacher of the Academy of Public Administration, Head of the Language competence Office, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor – Tulenbergenova Nazigul Turysbekovna.

The coach in the direction of mobilography was Ilyas Kabylbekuly.

Coach in end-to-end analytics lecturer of the Academy of Public Administration Dzhumabaev Serik Asetovich.

Additionally, we would like to note that the OSCE Program Office in Astana regularly assists the Training Methodical Center of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance Republic of Kazakhstan in conducting training seminars and provides financial support in organizing training seminars in various areas in the field of border security and integrated border management in Kazakhstan.
