The draft order "On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2018 № 146 "On certain issues of tax and customs administration" was developed in order to bring into line with Article 96 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code) in terms of registration of the notification of elimination of violations identified by the state revenue authorities based on the results of desk control, when detecting violations with a high degree of risk.

     The adoption of the draft order will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
