The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of forms of notifications on the amount of debt and orders of the State Revenue authority on the suspension of expenditure operations on the cash register" (hereinafter – the Draft).

The project was developed to implement paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 256 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Compulsory social health Insurance" in connection with the recognition of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Pension provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "On compulsory social insurance" as invalid.
