The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that by Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2023 № 1294 «On Amendments to the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2022 № 405 «On approval of the Rules for the implementation of a pilot project to improve the administration of socially significant food products, coal and grain on the basis of the electronic invoice information system»» (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts № 33782 dated December 20, 2023), the terms of the Pilot Project have been extended until December 31, 2024.

In addition, due to the loss of force of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 1, 2010 № 145 «On approval of the list of socially significant food products», the list of socially significant food products approved by the order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 11, 2023 № 166 is used as part of the pilot project-NK «On approval of the List of socially significant food products» (registered in the Register of State Registration of normative legal Acts under № 32474).
