Cynological Center employees took part in an anonymous survey

On February 25, 2019, an anonymous surveying of public officials of the center was held in an electronic format through the “Questionnaire and Social Survey” module of the “Internet portal for state bodies” system at the Cynological Center of the SRC MF RK.

We would like to highlight that during the survey, the “Internet portal for state bodies” system was working without interruption and automatically sent all the survey results directly to the central office of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan, thereby ensuring the basic requirements as anonymity.

In addition, in order to ensure the transparency of the procedure, the employees of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty were invited as observers.

This event is one of the strategic objectives of the SRC Cynological Center, gradual introduction of various methods to improve the performance of state bodies. Namely, the introduction of a system for evaluating the effectiveness of the activities of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
