The State Revenue Committee accepts proposals for a three-component integrated

system project

 

Dear Taxpayer (Tax Agent)!

 

The draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Development of the Business Environment and Regulating Trade Activities” introduces amendments to the Tax Code, providing for the use of a three-component integrated system on a voluntary basis.

The three-component integrated system is designed for automated accounting of goods, trade management, provision of services and performance of work and consists of a cash register with the function of fixing and transferring data, a system (device) for receiving cashless payments, and equipment (device) equipped with an accounting automation system.

The requirements for a three-component integrated system and its accounting, the procedure for its installation and use are established by the Ministry of Finance in coordination with the ministries of national economy, information and communication and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In this regard, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance RK asks all interested companies to participate in the development of requirements for a three-component integrated system and send their proposals and candidates for inclusion in the Working Group until February 27, 2019 to: zaubakirova@mgd.kzmdinashev@mgd.kz and inform by calling: 8 (7172) 71-82-67.
