THE THROUGHPUT OF THE ACP "SYRYM" INCREASED DUE TO CHANGES IN THE SCHEME OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE PASS THROUGH THE STATE BORDER OF RK

150 vehicles per day is the throughput of the ACP "Syrym" WKR, 75 at the entrance and 75 at the exit. The infrastructure allows running simultaneously on the territory of the checkpoint no more than 4 trucks to enter and 4 to leave the Republic of Kazakhstan for control. Due to the increase in the traffic flow, the number of vehicles actually increased to 5 for entry and 5 for exit.

Note that the increase was due to the seasonal increase in the flow of vehicles with fruits and vegetable products. The average number of goods in May and in the first half of June for exit was 150-180 per day, from June 21 increased to 250 vehicles.

The actual cost of time for registration by employees of SRD is no more than 2-3 minutes.

As of July 31 this year, there was a cluster of vehicles of about 160 units for export, in the neutral territory of about 30 vehicles.

In order to avoid congestion of cargo vehicles, the State Revenue Department for the West Kazakhstan region and the Military unit 2029 of BS NSC RK made changes and additions to the schemes of organization of the pass through the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan of persons, vehicles, cargo and goods at the checkpoint "Syrym".

According to the changes, when leaving the Republic of Kazakhstan, export control is carried out documented before arrival at the checkpoint of vehicles. This has increased the throughput of the ACP "Syrym".

Automobile checkpoint "Syrym" WKR is located at a distance of 60 km from the city of Uralsk on the international highway "M-32 Samara-Shymkent". The bordering checkpoint in the Russian Federation is the "Mashtakovo" MACP. The neutral zone is about 1.5 km.

The activity of the checkpoint is administered by the border service of the NSC RK. Accordingly, the border service controls the entry and exit of the vehicles to the territory of the checkpoint.

At the territory of the checkpoint along with border control (passport control, inspection of all vehicles, including freight and passenger), export control is also carried out by the state revenue bodies for goods transported within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union (Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia).
