The Order of the Acting Deputy Prime Minister - Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On approval of the Rules for the verification of documents and information, inspection and (or) examination of goods transported across the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as forms of inspection and examination acts»
(here in after – the Order) was developed in accordance with paragraphs 10 and 11 of Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Control of Specific Goods».

The Order provides for the approval of the Rules for the verification of documents and information, inspection and (or) examination of goods moved across the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as forms of acts of inspection and examination of goods.

In order to prevent and suppress the illegal movement of specific goods across the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, state revenue bodies request and receive from individuals and legal entities that move goods documents and information related to the goods being moved, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, carry out  inspection and examination of such goods at checkpoints on the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. This competence is regulated by Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Control of Specific Goods».
