MORE THAN EIGHT BILLION TENGE OF PRINCIPAL DEBT REPAID THE INHABITANTS OF THE COUNTRY UNDER THE TAX AMNESTY

 

         The State Revenue Committee of the MF RK chaired by the Deputy Chairman of the Committee Zhaydar Inkerbayev held a seminar for taxpayers of Shymkent and Turkestan region on the topic: "Tax Amnesty in Kazakhstan, as well as some problematic issues of cameral control, illegal import of goods from the EAEU countries".

 

The seminar was attended by representatives of large enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, individual entrepreneurs, employees of state revenue bodies in Shymkent and Turkestan region, as well as the media.

As noted Deputy Chairman of the SRC Zhaydar Inkerbayev, this event is held to explain to taxpayers the main provisions of the tax amnesty for small and medium-sized businesses, tax amnesty for individuals, issues of cameral and export control.

        To date, in the Republic as a whole, 43 020 taxpayers for a total of 8.1 billion tenge have paid their arrears, registered on October 1, 2018, they are subject to write-off penalties in the amount of 2.4 billion tenge and a fine in the amount of 190.0 million tenge, for Shymkent on October 1 this year for 2311 SMEs that have repaid the principal debt in the amount of 397 million tenge, written off penalty-66 million tenge, fines-471 thousand tenge. This was told by the chief expert of the Debt management office of the Audit Department of SRC MF RK Ainur Sadikbayeva.

During the seminar, a number of questions were received, to which the officials of the Committee provided answers, further explained the norms of legislation governing the issues of export control, cameral control, issues of maintaining electronic invoices and much more.
