From April 14, 2023, the order of the Acting Deputy Prime Minister - Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 306 of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 374 of April 10, 2020 "On certain issues of accounting and reporting to the State Revenue Authority" comes into force".

Bringing into compliance with Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", which provides for the exclusion of specifying the date of adoption of a regulatory legal act if there is a reference to the legislative act.

Due to the availability of information in information systems, we exclude some reports.

Within the framework of regulation from scratch, together with the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken", changes are being made in terms of specifying the reporting date.

In addition, the proposed norm improves the position of business in terms of the absence of the need to fill in accounting data when selling goods.
