The draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 5, 2018 № 121 «On Approval of the Rules for Conducting Radiation Monitoring»» (hereinafter referred to as the Draft Order) was developed in order to bring it into line with paragraph 5 of Article 25 of the Law Republic of Kazakhstan «On legal acts».

       The draft order provides for editorial changes in order to bring it into line with the current legislation and eliminate corruptogenic norms.

       The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz).
