The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2018 № 208 "On Certain Issues of Application of Cash Registers" (hereinafter - the draft order).

The purpose of the draft order is to bring into compliance with paragraph 5 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", according to which it is stipulated that when referring to legislative acts the indication of dates of their adoption is not required, as well as to bring into compliance with subparagraphs 3), 3-1) of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", which reflects the term of sending information on the order of provision of public services in the Single Contact Center and the annex with a list of basic requirements for the provision of public services. In addition, the draft order provides for compliance with paragraph 7 of Article 166 of the Tax Code in terms of printing the identification number of the buyer (client), the recipient of goods, works, services in the receipt of СRM at the request of the buyer (client), the recipient of goods, works, services, as well as the content in the receipt of СRM additional details provided for by technical documentation.
