Draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On approval of the List of officially recognized sources of information on market prices” (hereinafter – the draft order) is developed in accordance with the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2008 # 387 “On some issues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

          The purpose of the draft order is to approve the List of officially recognized sources of information on market prices.

          The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of public regulatory legal acts (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=14543304 on May 3, 2023.

          The period of public discussion of the Draft Order is till 19 May 2023.

          The draft order was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 12, 2023 under the state number 33067.
