The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 October 2023 № 1119 «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 7, 2018 № 1060 «On certain issues of horizontal monitoring»» (hereinafter - the Order) in order to bring the by–law the act in accordance with the norms of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", taking into account the amendments.

And also, in order to bring it into line with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 17, 2022 № 1017 «On renaming the city of Nur-Sultan – the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the city of Astana – the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

The implementation of the Order will not require the allocation of funds from the republican budget.

The adoption of the Order will not entail negative socio-economic and (or) legal consequences.

This Order is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 27 October 2023 № 33572 and is put into effect after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
