Remote seminar via videoconferencing on “Practical use of ATA Carnet and the procedure

for filling it out” was held

During the period from February 13 to 15, 2019, the Training Methodological Center of the SRC MF RK held a remote seminar via videoconferencing on: “Practical use of ATA Carnet and the procedure for filling it out”.

         The event is aimed at increasing the competence of employees of state revenue authorities in the field of practical use of ATA Carnet.

The employees of territorial state revenue authorities and representatives of the business community took part in the seminar as attendees.

Sukurov Nurbolat Nikolayevich, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of the Foreign Trade Chamber of Kazakhstan, attended the seminar as a lecturer.

The seminar participants learned about the annexes of the Istanbul Convention on Temporary Import, joined by the Republic of Kazakhstan, the benefits of using ATA Carnet, goods that can be moved with the use of ATA Carnet, the list of countries that joined the Istanbul Convention on Temporary Import, the role and responsibilities of the national guaranteeing organization, the procedure for issuing ATA Carnet, the procedure for filling the ATA Carnet fields and other relevant issues in the field of ATA Carnet application.   

The event was successful in the framework of the planned program through active interaction between the lecturer and the audience.

According to the results of the seminar, Professional Development Certificates will be sent to the participants.
