National essay competition "Development Strategy of Kazakhstan" among young civil servants

Congratulations on the victory in the National essay contest "Strategy of development of Kazakhstan" among young civil servants to our colleague, Maldybayeva Zamira Aidarbekovna!

Z. A. Maldybayeva has been working as the chief specialist of the Committee's Training and methodological center since 2015.

Her essay on " What should be the leader in modern public administration?» highly rated among 131 entries in the competition.

The competition was held by the Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from may 20 to June 5, 2020 among young civil servants under the age of 40.

In accordance with the requirements, 131 applications were submitted and reviewed. Of these, 67 applications are in Kazakh, 61 in Russian, and 3 in English.

To evaluate the essay, an expert Commission was created, which included the Directors of the regional branches of the Academy, as well as employees and teaching staff. All essays were checked for plagiarism and correct use of sources. According to the results of the online meeting, the expert Commission determined three winners based on the ratings given and by voting. Our colleague is among them!

As a prize Fund on the basis of the Academy, Zamira Aidarbekovna has the opportunity to study remotely until the end of this year.
