
The State Revenue Committee held a competition for the month of December 2022 among 17 DGD and CGD for the title of "The best employee of the Contact Center".
The competition is held by listening to recordings of secret telephone calls of employees of territorial OGD and includes several criteria:
- Corporate greeting of the taxpayer with the provision of personal data;
- Providing full and correct advice on the question asked;
Ability to respond adequately to objections, conflict issues from the taxpayer.
This competition is aimed at obtaining an objective assessment of the result of the provision of services by employees and has a direct impact on improving the quality of services rendered by state revenue agencies.
According to the results of December 2022, the "Best employee of the Contact Center" was recognized as the chief specialist of the Contact Center of the DGD in Shymkent - Kuramysova Venera Beksultanovna.
Kuramysova Venera Beksultanovna has been working in the state revenue bodies since 2012, with more than 10 years of work experience. During her work, she has established herself as an executive specialist. Constantly improves his professional level, is able to listen and provide full and correct advice, maintain self-control in conflict situations, attentive and friendly. She treats her work with great responsibility, is friendly and sociable in the team. During the month of December of this year, I received 1085 calls, of which 98% of the citizens who applied positively assessed the work.
